Why was my imported order canceled and a new order created?
This is normal when completing your Kickstarter order. Orders with On-hold status will be canceled and a new order with Processing status will be created.
Why didn't I receive an email about my order if it's in the imported range?
If you already have a turingpi.com account, you will not receive an email about your order. You can access your order by going to the My account > Orders page.
Why do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping was not included in the Kickstarter pledge as this was mentioned multiple times on the Kickstarter project page.
Why I don't see NVMe add-on (M2 ports) in my order?
All Turing Pi 2 devices sold on our website come with 4x M2 ports by default and it is already included in the price, so we do not list it as a separate add-on to avoid confusion for new customers....
How do I know if my order was completed successfully?
If your order status is "On-hold", it means you need to complete your order. If it is "Processing", it means your order has been completed successfully.
I logged into turingpi.com but don't see my Kickstarter order. What do I do?
Don't worry! Since we import orders in batches, it may take some time. Check the latest backer numbers on Kickstarter for project updates to get an idea of when yours will be imported.
Heatsink
The onboard Ethernet switch might get too hot when you run the Turing Pi cluster. To avoid any issues we recommend cooling the switch chip using a heatsink.
